Refund Policy
This policy explains when AFPA gives refunds.
- SSB Training Program (14-Day Batch)
- Total fee: ₹25,000
- Registration (seat booking) fee: ₹7,000
Registration Fee Refund
Registration fee is refundable only if you email a cancellation request at least 14 days before the course start date.
Even then, a ₹2,000 cancellation charge will be deducted.
If the cancellation request is made less than 14 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided for the registration fee.
Batch Change
AFPA does not manually shift batches. If you want a different batch, you must cancel and re-register, subject to seat availability.
Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally pay twice, email us. We will refund the extra amount after verification.
Digital Products / Online Coaching Programs
Payments for digital products and online coaching are generally non-refundable once purchased.
If you face a genuine technical issue and we cannot provide access, we will either fix access or refund after verification.

- Your full name
- Registered phone/WhatsApp number
- Program name
- Batch date (if applicable)
- Payment details / screenshot
- Reason for request

Option 1: Pay ₹7,000 online to book the seat + pay the remaining balance on arrival
Option 2: Pay the full ₹25,000 online

B) Psych Test Mastery Coaching Program
Price: ₹2,499 (one-time)
C) Personal Interview Mastery Coaching Program
Price: ₹2,500 (one-time)
